The winemakers of Don Simon have made this soft and fruity red wine from selected Tempranillo grapes, hand picked from their own vineyards. The wine is bursting with vibrant aromas of red berries. The seleccion is a delicious wine packed with flavour. The soft tannins and balanced acidity make this a perfect wine to accompany most red meat meals.

We enjoyed our bottle of Don Simon Seleccion on a sunny day in late July 2010 on its own.
