Wine Review - Sainsbury's - Montepulciano d'Abruzzo

Sainsbury's - Montepulciano d'Abruzzo - 2009 - Italy

Sainsbury's - Montepulciano d'Abruzzo - 2009 - Italy

The winemakers employed by Sainsbury's have made this rich red from selected Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, hand picked from Italian vineyards. The wine is bursting with vibrant aromas of cherry and wild berry. is a delicious wine packed with flavour. The balanced acidity makes this a perfect wine to accompany most red meat meals.

We enjoyed our bottle of Sainsbury's Montepulciano d'Abruzzo red on a sunny day in Jiuly 2010 on its own.
