have created a well ballanced red wine, full bodied with a lovely rounded plum
and bramble fruit on the palate, balanced by a hint of peppery spice. From the
vinyards of Sicily, famous for its classic architecture, passionate people and
sunny climate - truly an exceptional island, and Carracciis its perfect expression.
Classed as an 'Indicazione Geografica Tipica' - A red wine typical of the area.
We enjoyed our bottle of with individual home made chicken and mushroom pie
with an onion gravy.
