The winemakers of Douglas Green have created a deliciously smooth red blend with an appealing crimson hue.

We found this red wine to have a great ballance of red berry and roasted nut flavours and aromas that stayed on the palate.

You might consider this tasty wine as an accompanyment to stronger flavoured red meats, smoked ham or barbeques

We enjoyed our bottle of Douglas Green - Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot - 2008 from 'The Delivery' complimented a variety of cheeses aquired at the Northwich Cheese Fair (August 2009) after a slightly spicy lamb tajine dinner.
