The Chilean winemakers of Isla Negra, Reserva, Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 have created a well structured and complex wine bursting with notes of ripe blackcurrants, raspberries with hints of mocha and vanilla from its subtle barrel ages.

We enjoyed our bottle of of Isla Negra, Reserva, Cabernet Sauvignon with a rich jambalaya. It is also great on its own or with red meats, pasta, rissoto and cheese.

Cellaring: Best enjoyed within 12 months of purchase but can be laid up for up to 3 years.
