Lindemans Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah - 2008

This cellar selection Lindemans Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah shows intense aromas of blackberries and red cherries with a subtle spiciness to the taste. Silky tannins and rich fruit characters make it an excellent match for roast pork and Jeffery Archer's special - shepherds pie!

We drank our Lindemans Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah - 2008 as an accompanyment to a Tunisian style lamb tajine with saffron rice. The meal was lightly spiced and the wine stood up to this really well!
