Piccini - Chianti Superiore - Wine of Tuscany, Italy - 2008

This Chianti Superiore is an exceptionally well balanced wine of great structure.

An Italian red from Tuscany that has a pleasant dry, smooth and elegant flavour. The complex aromas on the nose of sweet plums, black cherries with a hint of spices; this results in an iconic regional wine of Tuscany, Italy.

We drank ours with a beef goulash pie! in September 2010.
