South Eastern Australia - Wollemi - Shiraz

The winemakers of Wollemi in the wine growing region of South Eastern Australia have created a realy full bodied Shiraz here! With ripe plums and black cherries with a hint of peppery spice finding their way through at the end. Definately a fruit driven wine.

We enjoyed our bottle of Wollemi - Shiraz - 2009 with a roast pork belly with steamed new potatoes, broad beans and baby carrots, the strong wine flavours lifting the meal to a new height!

Seal - Screw top.

Cellaring: We suggest that you may drink within 12 months of purchase.
